Tier List Maker is a free, browser-based tool for creating tier lists. It runs on your device: the items, images and tier lists you create are stored in your browser's local storage and are not uploaded to us.
2. Your content
- You keep all rights to the text and images you add, and to the tier lists you export.
- You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any images or content you add and share.
- Do not use the Service to create or share content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or is harassing, hateful or deceptive.
3. Acceptable use
Please don't attempt to disrupt the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use automated means to access it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.
4. Our content
The design, code, articles and branding of the Service belong to Tier List Maker Online. You may link to the Service and share images you export with it freely.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Because your work is stored in your own browser, clearing your browser data will delete it — export anything you want to keep. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tier List Maker Online is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
