Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Tier List Maker (the "Service") handles and why. The short version: your tier lists and images stay on your device.
1. Data stored on your device
The tier lists you create — including titles, tier names and colours, items and any images you add — are saved in your browser's local storage so your work is there when you return. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to export and share an image yourself. You can delete it at any time by pressing Reset in the tool or clearing your browser's site data.
2. Contact form
If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. The form is delivered through Web3Forms, which forwards it to our inbox. We use this information only to reply to you and keep it only as long as needed for that purpose.
3. Third-party services
- Hosting: the Service is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts: typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
- Contact form: messages are processed by Web3Forms as described above.
4. Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The Service uses local storage only to save your tier lists, as described above.
5. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Because tier list data is stored only on your device, you control it directly. For anything else — such as a message you sent us — email hello@tierlistmaker.online and we'll help.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
